Paula is a U.S. ARMY Veteran, who believes that all things count on team effort. Paula is drawn to team activities and knows the value of having 'teammates' on and off a court. 

Paula has loved coaching Volleyball CYC, high school and club for over 20 years now.  She has been coaching High School Girls and Boys Varsity since 2015, at Seckman High School. 

Paula has been with Momentum for about 7 years coaching 12O girls, Boys 15/16 Navy the first year the Boys Club side began and her 15/16 Boys team won 2nd place in Nationals in 2023.  Paula now coaches the 15 Navy team. 

Paula enjoys watching young players grow into the best version of themselves on and off the court, as well as helping them develop their Volleyball skills. 

Paula is a Wife, Mom of 4, Nana of 7 beautiful little girls!  (ps. and one little boy on the way!)

Alex is originally from Oak Ridge, Missouri, just outside of Cape Girardeau. He began his volleyball journey with NSSC Volleyball Club, where he played for five seasons. Seyer's time in club volleyball led to a scholarship opportunity at Missouri Baptist University, where he played for four years. Seyer originally committed to Missouri Baptist as a setter, but during his junior year he transitioned to libero. Alex earned the starting spot, and went on to break the Missouri Baptist single-season record for digs. During his time at Missouri Baptist, the Spartans won their conference championship and competed at the national tournament in 2025. Seyer will graduate this December with a degree in Elementary Education. This is Seyers second year coaching with Team Momentum, and is excited to continue growing as a coach and to be part of such a great program. Alex is looking forward to sharing his experience and passion for the game with the next generation of athletes!

 Drew Sigler is in his third season with Team Momentum.  Drew recently finished his first boys season at Marquette High School.  He previously was a coach for parkway north for 2 years, having coached both Varsity and JV, as well as select soccer for 10 years. He was raised in Stl and played for 4 years at parkway north as a setter and libero. He brings a focus to teamwork, competitive mindset, responsibility, and sportsmanship to his team. Drew double majored in Economics and Latin at Missouri State university and owns his own business.  He still actively plays in local and NAGVA tournaments with friends and considers volleyball to be a lifelong sport with the commitment.

I am from St. Charles, MO and I started playing volleyball the summer before my freshman year of high school. I played all 4 years at Francis Howell North as a setter, three on varsity and was All Conference each of those years. During high school I also played club for High Performance, first on their regional teams and then on to their 18 2’s team for two years in a row. From there I went on to play for Quincy University all 4 years and graduated in 2019 with a degree in History. Throughout my 4 years at Quincy, I helped coach several local youth club teams as well as ran individual skills sessions for players and when coming back to St. Louis, I was the assistant coach at UHSP for the first 2 years of their Men’s program.

This is my 3rd year with Momentum and I’m very excited to be a part of this program!

Samantha is no stranger to the St. Louis club volleyball scene. Boaz played high school at Windsor, club at Momentum and went on to play club volleyball at Missouri State. Sami was a six rotation pin hitter most of her career finishing at Missouri State as a defensive specialist. Boaz was a multi year captain, her love and passion for the game was contagious. 

Sami is so excited to be back in the Momentum gym on the other side of the ball as a coach! We are excited to have her!

 Sam was born and raised in St. Louis MO where he attended Parkway  Central High School. Sam played 4 years on Varsity and was apart of the  2017 and 2018 state championship teams and won post season MVP in 2018.  Sam then attended Missouri State University and played 4 years of club  volleyball serving as co-president for 3 years. Sam coached in 2024 on  the girls 17 orange team. This will be his first year coaching in the  boys program.

Alec was born and raised in St. Louis, MO where he attended Oakville High School. He played all 4 years as a libero, two on varsity. He then attended Missouri State University where he played 4 years of club volleyball and graduated in 2024 with a degree in Finance. This will be his first year coaching with Momentum, and he’s excited to be a part of the program!

Karsen grew up in Wildwood, Missouri, and attended Lafayette High School. She began playing volleyball at a young age and continued her career at Bradley University, where she played club volleyball for four years and earned a degree in Secondary History/Social Studies Education. Karsen has been coaching volleyball since 2018 with athletes of various ages and experience levels. She currently teaches social studies at Crossroads College Preparatory School and coaches the girls’ and boys’ JV and varsity volleyball teams. Karsen’s coaching goals center on helping each athlete reach their individual potential while building a team that works together as one unit. She emphasizes positive team culture and creating an environment where athletes can grow both on and off the court. This is Karsen’s first year with Team Momentum, and she is excited to continue growing as a coach and contribute to the program.

Cole was born and raised in St. Louis playing at Pattonville Senior High. Cole was a 4 year varsity starter at Pattonville. Cole won All- Conference player of the year, was 1st Team All-Conference, 1st team All-State, and 1st Team All-Metro. Cole played his entire club career for HP on their royal teams as a 6 rotation outside hitter. Cole recently finished playing 4 years of volleyball at Lindenwood University in St. Charles. Cole is no stranger to Team Momentum as his twin, Sam played for our Navy teams for 7 seasons. This will be Cole’s 5th year coaching and we are so excited to have him!

Skyler is from O’Fallon Missouri, born and raised. He was first introduced to sand volleyball as a kid from his mother playing and when he went into his freshman year of high school at Francis Howell, he tried out and made the team as Libero. Skyler then went on to start varsity for the remainder of his high school career and branched out to get a year of experience with club volleyball. This is Skyler's first year coaching, and he am excited to bring his experience and knowledge to the team!
