Carl is from St. Louis and went to high school at Francis Howell  Central. He played Varsity Volleyball there for 2 years as a Setter. He  was named to the Class 4 A All-State Tournament Team. He played Club  Volleyball for 2 years and currently goes to Maryville University where  he started the men's club volleyball team. He is now a 3rd year math  education major. This will be Carl's 5rd year coaching volleyball, and  4th year coaching with Team Momentum.

 Jacob was born and raised here in St. Louis. He played high school  volleyball at Francis Howell North where he was on the varsity team for 2  years as a Defensive Specialist and was part of the 2019 Final Four  team. He played intramural and club volleyball at the University of  Missouri his freshman year. Now he is currently pursuing his edcation in History. Jacob has been coaching club volleyball since the 2022 season. 

Jacob also coaches high school girls and boys at Francis Howell North with this past  season winning the GAC Championship with his boys team. This is his 2nd year with Team Momentum

Noah was born and raised in St. Louis. He attended Francis Howell Central High School, where he was on the varsity team as an outside hitter for 3 years and acquired numerous awards including being named all-state his senior year. He played club volleyball for high performance as a right side and outside. He also played volleyball for Missouri Baptist his freshman year of college. 

Noah has coached clinics for high performance and this will be his first season coaching a team for a whole season.

Alex was born in Wisconsin and raised in St. Louis. He played at Fort Zumwalt South High School and played 3 years of club volleyball with HP as an outside hitter. He was First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-State, Varsity Captain and received the Scholar-Athlete award all 4 years of high school. He then went on to play in college at Missouri University of Science and Technology and started on Varsity for 4 years. This will be Alex’s 2nd year coaching with Momentum

Mason was born and raised in St. Louis and went to high school at Francis Howell  High. He played all 4 years in high school as a middle hitter and played 1  year of club for Team Momentum. In high school, Mason was named 2nd team all conference  in 2023, named offensive player of the year for Francis Howell his  senior year. He currently attends Missouri Baptist University where he  plays volleyball. This is Masons second year with Team Momentum as a coach.

 Ryan was born and raised in St. Charles and went to Francis Howell High  school. He played freshman year in high school then played 3 years in  club. He played as a setter and as a libero. He went on to college and  played 4 years at Culver-Stockton College. During his time there he  played as a defensive specialist. While attending Culver he got his  undergrad in secondary math education. Coached High school at Parkway  North as the Jv and varsity assistant for girls and Jv coach for boys.  This will be my 3rd year coaching club but 4th year coaching all  together. Ryan was the assistant coach of a team in 2022 that went to Nationals in Salt Lake City Utah and placed 2nd.

Megan was born and raised in St. Louis and went to high school at  Pattonville Senior High. She played Varsity Volleyball there for 4 years  as a setter. She was First Team All-Conference and a District Champ in  2018. She coached club 14U girls volleyball for 2 years during high  school. She played Club Volleyball for 7 years, one of those years being  with Momentum, she then went on to play in college. Megan went to  Stephens College where she got her degree in Integrative Human Biology  with a minor in Psychology. She played all 4 years there as a setter.  She achieved All-Conference academic honors all 4 years as well as being  All-Conference honorable mention in 2020 and 2021. She went on to earn a  milestone of 1000 career assists in the 2021 season and had the  privilege to be her teams captain for 3 years. Megan is currently  attending Maryville University’s Masters of Occupational Therapy program  on top of coaching. This is her 2nd year of coaching for Momentum but  her 11th year playing/being around volleyball.

Jacob was born and raised in St. Louis and went to high  school at Pattonville Senior High. He played Varsity Volleyball there  for 3 years in various positions such as Outside, Middle, Opposite, and  Setter. He was Second Team All-Conference in 2016 and a Conference Champ  in 2017. He played Club Volleyball for 3 years and then went on to play  in college. He went to Culver-Stockton College where he was a double  major in Business Administration and Marketing. He played as an Outside,  Defensive Specialist, and Setter.

Jacob serves as the Boys Adminstator for the club and has held that position for 3 years. is currently a High School Coach at Parkway North as the Head JV Girls Coach. He has also coached at Pattonville and Duchesne.  This will be his 7th year coaching Club, his 5th with Team  Momentum.

 Manny was born and raised in St. Louis and went to Fox High School, where he started as a setter and ended as a Libero during his 4 years there. During his high school career, he graduated as captain and was named all district as well as MVP by his team. Manny played for High Performance on 18 Orange and later committed to University of Health Sciences. This is Manny’s first year with Momentum as a coach.

 Max was an alumni of Fox High School where he played on Varsity as a right side/setter all four years and graduated as co-captain. He also received 2nd team all conference and was awarded best offensive player. Max played on Momentum and later committed to Missouri Baptist and is currently in pursuit of a degree there. This is Max’s first year with Momentum as a coach.

I am from St. Charles, MO and I started playing volleyball the summer before my freshman year of high school. I played all 4 years at Francis Howell North as a setter, three on varsity and was All Conference each of those years. During high school I also played club for High Performance, first on their regional teams and then on to their 18 2’s team for two years in a row. From there I went on to play for Quincy University all 4 years and graduated in 2019 with a degree in History. Throughout my 4 years at Quincy, I helped coach several local youth club teams as well as ran individual skills sessions for players and when coming back to St. Louis, I was the assistant coach at UHSP for the first 2 years of their Men’s program.

This is my 2nd year with Momentum and I’m very excited to be a part of this program!

 Drew Sigler is our 15 orange head coach. He was a coach for parkway north for the past 2 years, having coached both Varsity and JV, as well as select soccer for 10 years. He was raised in Stl and played for 4 years at parkway north as a setter and libero. He brings a focus to teamwork, competitive mindset, responsibility, and sportsmanship to his team. Drew double majored in Economics and Latin at Missouri State university and owns his own business.  He still actively plays in local and NAGVA tournaments with friends and considers volleyball to be a lifelong sport with the commitment.  This is his 2nd year with Team Momentum

Ryan VonFeldt, I currently live in St. Charles but was born and raised in Collinsville Illinois.  I am married and a father of 3 amazing boys.  I started playing volleyball in high school, following in my older sisters footsteps.  Played club ball many years as well as in the Prairie State Games in Illinois.  My high school (Althoff), didn't have a team at the time.  

My coaching career started at a student assistant at the college I attended. (Belleville Area College) the team ended up placing 5th in the nation.

I was hired on at St. Louis College of Pharmacy for the Womens team, assistant for 2 years, then took over as head coach for 8 years.  During that time, I helped start the boys program at my Althoff.  I was an assistant there for 2 years before then moving to St. Charles.  I was then hired on at Francis Howell North where I coach the boy’s team for 9 years.  

Spent some time away from coaching for about a year and I was hired on to start up the mens team at STLCOP, now University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis.  This is my third year with the program.  This is Ryan's second season with Team Momentum. 

As a coach, I work to get the most out of my players while teaching them the skills of the game.  My coaching style is geared to make sure the players enjoy the game enough to want to come back year after year.  There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing my former players become coaches themselves.

Austin was born and raised in St. Louis. He attended Francis Howell North, where he played as a middle hitter all four years. He also played for High Performance travel team for 3 years as a middle hitter. He then continued his volleyball career at St. Ambrose University where he majored in Criminal Justice. 

This is Austin’s 3rd year coaching at Momentum.

 Cole was born and raised in St. Louis, went to high school at Pattonville Senior High. Cole was a 4 year varsity starter at Pattonville. Cole won All- Conference player of the year, was 1st Team All-Conference, 1st team All-State, 1st Team All-Metro. Cole played his entire club career for HP on their royal teams as a 6 rotation outside hitter. Cole is currently playing volleyball at Lindenwood University in St. Charles. Cole is no stranger to Team Momentum as his twin, Sam played for our Navy teams for 7 seasons. This will be Coles 3nd year coaching and we are so excited to have him!

 Jeff was born and raised in St. Louis. He attended Parkway West High School where he played libero/ds for four years and played two years of club. He graduated and spent five years in the Marine Corps with an Honorable Discharge in 2018 and has attended SIUE for his undergraduate and got a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. He has coached two seasons with Parkway North's Varsity Boys and Girls Volleyball team, has coached club in Minnesota for Kasson Mantorville and this will be his second year with Team Momentum.
