Team Momentum was founded in 1997. Over the past two decades, Team Momentum has grown from just three teams to one of the largest and most successful volleyball clubs in the St. Louis Area. The club has established a solid reputation for quality training and competitive play. 

 A focus on complete training has produced excellent results. Players should start developing good habits and strong fundamentals at younger ages. Combined with consistent speed and agility training  at practice, players build on a solid foundation to develop skills and improve athletic performance over time. Each season players learn advanced skills, practice consistent playing systems and build athleticism to achieve long term success in volleyball.

Full time staff include club administrators and master coaches. Each master coach oversees specific age groups to promote consistency and quality for each team.

Each season Momentum regularly has teams placing in the top brackets of tournaments and earning appearances at National tournaments.  Team Momentum players are consistently recruited to play volleyball in college. At the high school level Momentum players typically earn starting positions on many top varsity teams in the area.
